Celebrate #worldcocktail day with a classic serve
This day marks the day when the definition of a cocktail was published for the first time ever on May the 13th 1806. The day is earmarked to celebrate delicious and heady cocktails and we thought of no better way of doing it than to make some at home to experience the magic of these concoctions with our nearest and dearest.
Today – we’re making a classic Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml orange liqueur
- 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 50ml cranberry juice
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail tin, add lots of ice and shake vigorously (until it’s so cold you can’t hold the tin any longer)! Double strain into a coupe or Martini style glass and garnish with a twist of lime peel.
